Our vision is to leverage user experience design, cutting edge technology & fair trade business models to create transparent and equitable agri value chains. We are on a mission to drive FPO Digitization and create a digital agri market network where Farmer Producer Groups, Wholesale Buyers, Agri Input suppliers and Agri Finance companies can discover, interact and transact with full transparency and real-time information.
To lead the development of our digitization platform we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience working with mobile first solutions digitizing works and supply chains across e-commerce, retail and the food industry and is excited about creating impact and change with rural users leveraging digital technology and human centered design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define the product strategy and roadmap basis discussions with stakeholders
- Own PRD, prioritize features with data driven reasoning and get stakeholder buy-ins
- Understand & develop pricing models and commercial strategies for go to market
- Work closely with customers to create quality customer centric products
- Work with the developers using agile methodology to ensure delivery of features
- Run Customer pilot programs / experiments on early-stage product / concepts
- Be the inhouse expert on competition, agri tech landscape
- Participate in sales demos / create product collaterals for sales

- Excellent teamwork skills with ability to work with remote & distributed teams
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to travel 5% of the time to visit customers
Qualifications :
- 5-7 years experience as a Product Manager / Product Lead
- Demonstrated success defining and launching mobile-first products for new to digital users
- Desirable to have experience in B2B / e-Commerce / Supply Chain products
- Experience in Agri sector is a plus
- Technical background with understanding of Agile development methodology
- Experience in SaaS, Cloud based products / platforms
