We want to bring greater transparency across the Agri value chain, share best practices and enable fair share of value to small farmer collectives and FPOs to make farming more sustainable for the small farmer and the end consumer

Rajiv Bhatia, Co – Founder
Rajiv will lead partnerships for Samudra Network towards enterprise and industry players and guide the strategic direction to ensure relevance of Samudra Network to the eco-system.
Rajiv has 17 years of global experience from the mobile technology and digital commerce ecosystem. He spent a large part of his career with Ericsson in various global positions based in Sweden, Dubai and India. The last 6 years he was heading Ericsson’s Mobile Financial Services EMEA business working on helping banks and service providers across Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa with digital financial inclusion solutions having worked with services provider like M-Pesa Africa, MTN Mobile Money, EasyPaisa Microfinance Bank, India Post Payments Bank. He has a good understanding of opportunities with technology interventions and challenges of scaling new digital services to underserved users and segments. Previously he has been part of an industry consortium developing global standards for mobile applications, led the build of a global digital commerce network, and has been a speaker at various Fintech and Digital conferences
Sneha Lakshman, Co – Founder
Sneha will lead the Experience Design of Samudra Platform & Mobile SAAS services. She will guide the vision and will be responsible for making technology accessible by digitally challenged Agri-entrepreneurs.
Sneha, alumni of IITB, is cofounder of Dig Design Studio, a leading innovation studio set up 14 years ago in Bangalore. She has been working with companies such as Google, Intuit, Flipkart in creating and leading teams building next generation products for web, mobile and new media products for the Next Billion. She has experience in design of products within the Food & Beverage Ecosystem. In various capacities, she has mentored & lead product teams in crafting delightful experiences. She is greatly engaged with imagining and crafting future plausibilities, landscaping transformations that technology can bring to lives. She holds a desire to make great impact and for the greater good. In this regard, she is curious about power equations, opportunities and behavioural patterns in communities and how it plays out in engagements and transactions.
She speaks & judges competitions at India’s best UI/ UX and Entrepreneurship conferences (Nasscom, Unicom…) about design thinking and accelerated innovation practices.
Pratik Mhamane, Operations & Customer Success Lead
Pratik leads the training and support to onboard FPOs and surface the learnings from the field. Pratik is proactively focussed on making the FPOs product usage meaningful and successful.
Pratik has a B.SC in Biotechnology and an M.SC in Bio Chemistry. He has a certificate in Organic Farming and has experience working as a Project Manager and volunteering at NGOs.
